The Irishman Single Malt

An Irish whiskey to behold. This small batch expression was triple distilled and was matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Fabulously fruity and saccharine, this is the perfect dram for those with a sweet tooth.

The nose is full of ripe stone fruits with notes of crystallised pineapple. The palate is rich with dark chocolate and sweet honey, complemented by subtle oaky notes. The finish is particularly long and sweet.
