Monde Whisky specializes in rare, premium spirits including but not limited to:

• Single Malt and Blended Scotch Whiskies
• Cask Strength Whisky
• Japanese, Irish, and English Whisky
• Brandy & Cognac
• Rum and Other Spirits

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that the colors and appearance may vary slightly due to device display settings.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

2.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. In the event a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel the item or suggest a suitable alternative.

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the product or price. We only consider an order confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your complete payment card information.

3.3 Shipping

We carefully hand-pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

3.4 Delivery

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.

3.5 Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4.1 Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unopened products in their original condition. To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Securely package the item(s) with original packaging and invoice
5. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box

4.2 Non-Returnable Products

To uphold quality and comply with regulations, these products are final sale unless damaged or defective:

• Cask Strength Whisky (both opened and unopened)
• Blended Malts, Blended Scotch, Brandy & Cognac (opened bottles)
• All Other Spirits (opened bottles)

4.3 Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error

4.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for replacement or refund and will not require you to ship the item back.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through our service

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

6.1 Alcohol Consumption

You acknowledge that excessive alcohol consumption may cause health problems and accept responsibility for consuming our products responsibly and in accordance with recommended guidelines. Monde Whisky shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the misuse or excessive consumption of our products.
