We carefully hand-pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please see our shipping options and timelines below.
- Order Processing: All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions.
Our Returns & Exchanges Process
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. While we are confident in the quality of our curation, we have a straightforward process for returns and exchanges should the need arise.
- Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for your request. - Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not send any items back without this number. - Package Your Items Securely
Please repack the item(s) in their original, protective packaging. Include the original invoice and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box. - Ship Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Upon approval of your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- All refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed, subject to availability.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Products
To uphold the integrity and premium quality that defines the Monde Whisky experience, and in accordance with regulatory requirements, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Cask Strength Whisky (both opened and unopened)
- Blended Malts (opened bottles)
- Blended Scotch (opened bottles)
- Brandy & Cognac (opened bottles)
- All Other Spirits (opened bottles)
We strongly advise inspecting all products immediately upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund and, in such cases, will not require you to ship the item back.
