This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges, designed with our valued customers in mind.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not return any items without this authorization.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all protective materials. Please include the original invoice and note the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our premises at:

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  5. Processing
    Once received, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed, subject to availability.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our premium spirits and regulatory requirements, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Cask Strength Whisky (opened or unopened)
  • Blended Malts (opened bottles)
  • Blended Scotch (opened bottles)
  • Brandy & Cognac (opened bottles)
  • All Other Spirits (opened bottles)
