Oxford Rye Whisky Batch 2

The Oxford Artisan Distillery have really outdone themselves with this exceptional rye whisky. This pleasant floral expression was inspired by the city of Oxford and its essence is fabulously captured in this dram. This was matured in a combination of virgin American oak and vintage port casks. Bottled at 47.4% abv, this is a sweet and complex limited edition dram.

A sumptupus floral treat. Expect bananas, hazelnuts, and parma violets on the nose. The palate is jammy with notes of walnut whip, dark fruits, and thick caramel. The finish is sweet and sumptuous with notes of red berries and leather.
