The first single malt whisky from Tel Aviv’s Milk & Honey Distillery. This is the signature expression, and it is some expression at that. Matured in bourbon and virgin oak casks as well as red wine-seasoned STR casks, this is a whisky with character. Big notes of honey come alongside a strong malty flavour, with richness and subtle notes oozing out. An exciting whisky from Israel.

On the nose lies hints of citrus, clove, oaty biscuits, sultanas, and honey. The palate is full of honey, with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla shortbread, flapjacks, and a punch of citrus. Toasted granola arrives on the finish, which is complemented with a generous dollop of honey, citrus, vanilla, and oaky notes.
