Where do you deliver?
We ship our fine spirits globally! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote areas and some parts of Asia. Please contact us if you are unsure about delivery to your location.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We take great care in packaging your bottles. Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Returns & Refunds Questions
What is your returns policy?
