Doorly’s 5 Year Old Gold

A fabulous bottling from Foursquare Distillery. The expression was matured in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% abv. A wonderfully sweet and fruity rum!

On the nose, there is sweet golden syrup, creamy butter, and vanilla fudge. On the palate, there are hints of spiced oak, candied pineapple, and ripe melon before leading into the short and spicy finish.
